Refund & Cancellation Policy

Instant Pay Link strives to provide reliable payment services. However, the following refund and cancellation policies apply.

1. Successful Transactions

Once a payment is successfully processed and forwarded to the concerned biller or merchant, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails but the amount is deducted from the customer’s bank account, the amount will generally be automatically reversed by the bank or payment gateway within 5–7 working days.

3. Duplicate Payments

In case of duplicate payments, users may contact our support team. After verification with the payment gateway and biller, refunds will be processed accordingly.

4. Merchant Payment Links

Payments made through merchant payment links are subject to the refund policies of the respective merchant. Instant Pay Link acts only as a payment facilitator.

5. Settlement to Billers

Payments collected through the platform will be settled with the concerned biller or merchant within T+2 working days.
